Why Invest in a Branding Session?
In a social media heavy world, branding helps professionally spotlight your business to stand above the rest. High quality photography is noticeable and can help you attract the client you wish to work with, and the images you receive from a branding session can be used multiple ways:

What Does a Branding Session typically entail?
- What is your product? What are you trying to sell? What is your vision? What type of message are you trying to get across? Give me the details and we’ll work out a plan to convey your vision and goals through photography.
- Pre-Session Walkthrough. This is an (optional), pre-session appointment where you take me through your business and show me your process. These are typically scheduled 1-2 weeks before the shoot. I highly recommend not skipping this step – this allows me to prepare the shots I’m going to take, gives us a chance to get to know each other in person, and helps us understand each other’s perspectives (which always yields the best results!). This also gives us an opportunity to discuss and prepare for any potential obstacles, go over recommendations for attire, and scout out head shot/product photography locations.
- The Shoot. It’s photo shoot day! My job will be to capture the emotions, story, and feel of you and your industry/small business. This can take anywhere from 1 – 4 hours depending on your industry and what we are trying to go for.
- Sneak Peek: Optional step. Within a few days of the shoot, I’ll post a few images on my social media pages showcasing your business and your story.
- Delivery. All high quality digital images are delivered via a private online gallery or via USB, depending on whatever your preference is, within 2 weeks of the shoot.
What types of photos do a Branding Session include?
I typically like to include the following. I like to cover a wide variety of shots to not only give you photography you can use now, but also as your business grows and develops:
- Headshots of You/the Owner
- Team/Staff Photos
- Work Process
- Primary equipment/tools/supplies used
- Marketing materials
- Your workspace
- “Action” shots (this may include images of you performing your job duties, client-customer interaction images, etc).
- Products you sell
