321 Watts Hill Rd. Honesdale, PA 18431 | NEPA Wedding Venue
NEPA’s newest wedding venue boasts something for everyone, with modern architecture, a ton of natural light (a photographer’s dream), and a warm and welcoming aesthetic.
It’s hard not to immediately envision all of the love that will be showcased in this gorgeous space (mixing cool modern industrial features with warm, rustic wood beams and floors – a thoughtful homage to this region of Northeast PA), and if you can’t, then you have to meet the owners.
I had the pleasure of meeting with 1/2 of the husband and wife duo yesterday morning, Bethany, who graciously invited me to tour the space. As someone who grew up in the Sullivan Catskills of New York and currently resides in Clarks Summit, PA, Honesdale is a frequent stop of mine between my two stomping grounds (and was a town I regularly visited as a teen).
Bethany’s passion for the venue space, the wedding industry, and people was evident from the moment we met. One thing I emphasis with my clients is to pick vendors for your wedding day that care about your wants & desires, and want to ensure you have the best day possible. Vendors like this will go above and beyond (very often without you even knowing) to help keep things as seamless as possible. They also have a true love for the work that they do and they people they serve – something a business class or piece of equipment could ever provide.
Something that makes Wildflower on Watts incredibly unique for this area is the weekend long rental you get for your wedding. Once you lock in your date, you’ll have Friday available for prep & rehearsal, Saturday for your ceremony, and Sunday for a farewell brunch and cleanup. I love the ease and accessibility of this – it gives each couple a true opportunity to really soak in and enjoy the time spent with those they love the most while celebrating such a sacred moment in their lives.
So many architectural details keep your eye and mind engaged throughout the entire space. The glass floor located in the loft above near the bridal prep area was stunning – can you imagine the photography opportunities here?
The ambient lighting throughout provided a gorgeous contrast with the plethora of natural light that filtered in – I can only sigh dreamily imagining the summer sunsets and romantically lit evenings here.
You can check out and get in touch with Bethany and Cody through their contact form on their website, Home (wildfloweronwatts.com). But if this wasn’t enough to convince you, the rumor is sweet Poppy can be added on to your rental fee for a nominal fee of one box of dog treats 😉
Looking so forward to getting to photograph my first wedding here!

Hello, I was wondering if you had availability on October 14th or this year and what your prices are. We already have a caterer for 100 people. Thank you!
